Workshop 0: The Idea Loop (Validation & Intent)

Mission: Cutting through the noise to find a problem worth solving.

The Framework: Problem-First

Use AI to stress-test your idea (Red-Teaming). The goal is to identify if your solution actually addresses a real pain point or if it’s just “noise”.

Live Exercise: 10-Word Pitch

If your idea can’t be explained in 10 words, it’s too complex. We’ll practice rapid ideation to distill your vision into its purest form.

The Tasks

1. Market Research with AI: Use Perplexity or Search to find 3 competitors and their biggest user complaints.
2. The Project Intent Card: Write down:
   • Who is it for?
   • What is the pain?
   • What is the “Tiny” solution?

Build in Public (Saturday-Wednesday)

Share your journey on social media or in the community:

“I’m spending the next 5 weeks building [Project Name]. It solves [Problem] for [Audience]. Follow the journey!”

Outcome: 📄 A validated Product Spec.
